Shanti’s Leadership in a Farmer Producer Organization
Shanti became a leader in a women-led Farmer Producer Organization. For the first time, she created an email ID and led meetings. Now, she’s a proud co-owner of the FPO, contributing to her family's income and digital empowerment in her village.

Sustainable Livelihoods Through Tree Plantations
Over 900 tribal families participated in our tree plantation initiative, planting mango and guava trees that provide both income and environmental benefits. With a 90% survival rate, these plantations symbolize hope and resilience.
Impact: 800+ tribal families earning INR 1 lakh+ annually.
